Borghild Bryhn-Langgaard (* 1883 in Kongsvinger , † 1939 in Oslo ) was a Norwegian singer and music teacher.

Bryhn-Langgaard grew up in Kristiania and took singing lessons from Gina Oselio and Nina Grieg . In 1906 she made her debut as a singer with a recital with songs by Edvard Grieg , who accompanied her on the piano. She continued her education in Liverpool and in 1907 sang the title role in Sigward Aspestrands opera Die Seemannsbraut at the National Theater . In the same year she took singing lessons in London with Raymond von zur Mühlen and Jean de Reszke and made her debut at the Covent Garden Opera .

In 1908 she took part in the performance of the Ring of the Nibelung by Richard Wagner in London under the direction of Hans Richter . Later she also sang the role of Venus and Elisabeth in Tannhäuser . In the next few years she appeared in the major opera houses of Kristiania, Stockholm, Budapest, Milan and Copenhagen. In 1919 she had her last public appearance as Amalia in Giuseppe Verdi's A Masked Ball in Chicago. She spent the last years of her life as a singing teacher in Oslo. Some of her recordings from 1908 to 1916 have survived, including compositions by Eyvind Alnæs and Ole Bull .
