Bosnian Wand Airlines was founded in 2014 by Iraqi investor Al-Wand. The Greek Hermes Airlines was commissioned to carry out the flight operations . This used an Airbus A321-200 in wet lease for the company. In February 2015 it became known that the virtual company did not have a permit from the Bosnian Aviation Authority and therefore had to cease operations.
