The Bossee is a lake in the Rendsburg-Eckernförde district in Schleswig-Holstein between the villages of Felde and Westensee . The lake is about 32 hectares and up to 5.7 m deep. It is connected to the Westensee . On a small peninsula at the southern end of the lake are the remains of the Läkeburg, an old refuge. Before the Eider Canal and Kiel Canal were built, the castle was on an island, and the construction of the canal lowered the water level by 80 cm.
There is a swimming area at the Bossee. The water is the club water of the fishing club SFV Petri Heil Kiel e. V.
