Boyce Ridge is a 8 km long mountain range in the west Antarctic Ellsworthland . It extends from the Taylor Ledge west to the head end of the Nimitz Glacier in the Sentinel Range of the Ellsworth Mountains and borders the northern flank of the Branscomb Glacier .
The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names named him in 2006 after Joseph Boyce, a former manager at NASA who played a key role in bringing about the US meteorite program in collaboration with the National Science Foundation and the Smithsonian Institution , and between 2004 and 2005 the Antarctic crew Search for Meteorites program .
