The Bröderhauser Berg (also Lübber Berg ) is a 251.2 meter high mountain in the Wiehen Mountains . It belongs to the East Westphalian municipality of Hille in the Minden-Lübbecke district .
The Bröderhauser Berg is the highest point in the Hille community and lies between the villages of Oberlübbe and Bröderhausen . As already mentioned, the mountain has two popular names, with the inhabitants south of the Wiehengebirge preferring the name Bröderhauser Berg , those north of this ridge-like mountain range preferring the name Lübber Berg .
Like almost all mountains in the Wiehengebirge, the Bröderhauser Berg has an elongated ridge peak (Egge) and is only separated from the peaks to the west by Dören . Therefore, the mountain is not only partially perceived as a prominent peak.
There is a small refuge near the summit. The Oberlübber Bergsee lies 700 meters northwest of the mountain .
