The Berlin "Alba" brothers Axel and Eric Schweitzer hold 75 percent of the Interseroh shares, Axel Schweitzer is CEO of Interseroh. Since the beginning of the year, they have actually owned the BBG, which has been targeted by the public prosecutor because of its sales practices in relation to state property. The price at which the former state company was sold four years after privatization is not yet known. "We were interested in TVF Altwert, a leading European company for special demolition services. With TVF Altwert, we have further expanded our range of services as a leading provider in the field of environmental services and raw materials trading," Wood explains the purchase.
