The law on assistance and protective measures as well as on the execution of judicially ordered accommodation for mentally ill and mentally disabled people in the state of Brandenburg , or Brandenburg Mentally Ill Act for short - BbgPsychKG , is a state law in Brandenburg .

It regulates the placement according to this Act or according to Sections 63 and 64 of the Criminal Code , Sections 81 and 126a of the Code of Criminal Procedure or according to Section 7 of the Youth Courts Act .

Among other things, it provides for visiting commissions.
