The Hamburg Law on Help and Protective Measures for Mental Illnesses , HmbPsychKG for short , is a state law in Hamburg .

It regulates the accommodation . It does not apply to persons for whom reform and security measures are implemented in accordance with Section 61 No. 1 or 2 of the Criminal Code .

In 2013, compulsory treatment was discussed (change of October 1, 2013, HmbGVBl. P. 425).
