The brewing warbler ( Vermivora peregrina ) is a small bird from the family of Waldsänger (Parulidae).

Browed warbler have a body size of about eleven to twelve centimeters. The upper side plumage is olive green to olive yellow with a gray head plumage, the lower side plumage is yellowish to white.

Among other things, they create their bowl-shaped nests in the dense undergrowth on the ground. A clutch consists of four to six brown spotted white eggs. The female incubates the eggs over a period of eleven to twelve days.

The breeding areas are in the north of North America , from Canada to the north of the USA . Over the winter they move to the south of Central America . It is also a very rare guest in Western Europe .
