The Pöllinger Brewery is a brewery in Pfeffenhausen in the Lower Bavarian district of Landshut .

In 1474 the Tafnerhof, the birthplace of the Pöllinger brewery, was granted the right to drink and brew in Pfeffenhausen. In 1738, the brewery was the only one of six breweries to be spared the market fire. In 1891 the town's first steam engine was put into operation.

The water from the Elsbethenquelle is the basis for beverage production. The brewery is family owned and has 45 employees. The total output is around 220,000 hl. The output of beer in 2008 was around 40,000 hectoliters.
