Architecture and history
In the years 1887/88 the four-and-a-half- storey building was built by the master mason A. Rüther . Rüther had also made the planning. The building was then acquired by the master carpenter and contractor Wilhelm Lubig . The six-axis facade was designed in the style of Neumanierism . The cornice protrudes clearly and rests on consoles.
In the monument register for Magdeburg , the residential building is listed as a monument under registration number 094 81928 .
As part of the Wilhelminian style street, the building is considered significant in terms of urban development.
