The Bremricherhof is located in a hilly area about three kilometers northeast of the main town. There are numerous other villages in the vicinity, such as the Schmalfelderhof .

history

The village was first mentioned in 1453. The place was named after a desert called Bremerich , which was only a few kilometers away near the present-day community of Mörsfeld . Their name, in turn, is etymologically probably derived from the blackberry .

According to a municipality register from 1868, the place had 34 inhabitants (31 Protestants, 3 Catholics) and 17 buildings.
