Brendan Vink (* 1989 in Adelaide , Australia ) is an Australian wrestler . He is currently under contract with the WWE and appears regularly on their show Raw .
Wrestling career
First beginnings (2008-2018)
Vink made his debut on May 31, 2008, under the ring name Elliot Sexton. Sexton performed primarily in Australia and appeared in promotions such as Wrestle Rampage (WR) and Melbourne City Wrestling (MCW). While in both promotions, Sexton became a one-time MCW heavyweight champion and one-time wrestle rock champion. In 2018 he made his international debut in matches for the Japanese promotion New Japan Pro Wrestling and the British promotion PROGRESS Wrestling.
Evolve (2019-2020)
Vink made his EVOLVE debut in 2019, as part of EVOLVE's collaboration with WWE on EVOLVE 141, where he defeated Colby Corino in his first fight. He also defeated AR Fox, Stephen Wolf, JD Drake and Leon Ruff over time.
World Wrestling Entertainment (since 2019)
On February 11, 2019, it was announced that Vink had signed a contract with WWE. Vink made his debut under his real name on March 15, 2019, at an NXT houseshow, defeating Nick Comoroto. He spent the rest of March and the following month of April playing matches for various house shows. Vink made his television debut on the NXT episode on March 25, 2020, losing to Oney Lorcan and Danny Burch along with Shane Thorne.
In March 2020, Vink appeared alongside his former TMDK colleague Shane Thorne on Raw, where they competed against teams like Street Profits, Cedric Alexander and Ricochet but were defeated. On the April 27 episode of Raw, Thorne and Vink became MVP's newest students when he challenged Alexander and Ricochet to a match on their behalf the next week. In the May 4 episode of Raw, Thorne and Vink defeated Alexander and Ricochet for their first win.
