The Brennabor 2 liter Type E is an upper middle class passenger car that the Brennabor works brought out in 1933 as the successor to the Juwel 6 .
The vehicle had a 6-cylinder SV in-line engine with a displacement of 2 liters at the front. The engine generated an output of 38 hp at a speed of 3200 rpm. It drove the rear wheels via a single-disc dry clutch and a 4-speed gearbox (with freewheel on request ) with a gearshift lever in the middle of the car. The cars with U-profile pressed steel frames had rigid axles with semi-elliptical longitudinal leaf springs (on the rear axle in an underslung version) and were only available as a 4-door sedan. The mechanical footbrake worked on all four wheels, the handbrake on the rear wheels.
At the same time, the 2.5 liter type F Brennabor was offered. He had installed the 2.5-liter engine of the Juwel 6 with an output of 45 hp.
In total, around 200 vehicles of both types were built in the only year of production.
