HC Meshkov Brest ( belarusian Берасьцейскі гандбольны клюб імя Мяшкова / Beraszejski handbolny kljub imja Mjaschkowa; Russian Брестский гандбольный клуб имени А.П. Мешкова / Brestski gandbolny club imeni AP Meschkowa) is a white Russian handball club from the city of Brest , which according to the handball conveyor Anatoly Petrovich Meshkov is named. The 1st team plays in the Belarusian league as well as the SEHA league and took part in the EHF Europa Pokal 2013/14 , where they lost just under Füchse Berlin in the 3rd round .
BGK Meschkow has won the Belarusian championship twelve times (2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020) and the cup twelve times (2004, 2005, 2007, 2008, 2009, 2011, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2020). In the SEHA league, the club won the regular season when it first participated in 2012/13, and came fourth in the subsequent play-offs. The greatest international success was reaching the EHF Champions League group phase in 2004/05, 2005/06, 2006/07 and 2007/08 as well as the quarter-finals in the 2011/12 EHF European Cup Winners' Cup .
The best known player is the Slovenian international David Špiler .
