The 2011/12 EHF European Cup Winners' Cup took part in 35 handball club teams that had qualified for the competition in their home countries in the previous season in the cup competition. It was the 37th edition of the EHF European Cup Winners' Cup. The cup games began on October 8, 2011, the second round final took place on May 25, 2012. The defending champion was the German club VfL Gummersbach . The title winner in the season was the German club SG Flensburg-Handewitt .
