EHF European Women's Cup Winners' Cup 1999/2000

At the EHF European Cup Winners' Cup 1999/2000 took 30 Handball -Vereinsmannschaften part from 29 countries. They qualified in the previous season in their home countries in the cup competition for the European Cup . At the 24th edition of the cup winners' competition, Milar L'Eliana Valencia was the first time a team from Spain won the cup.

1 round

The first round of the 1st round took place between 1st and 8th October and the second leg between 3–10. October 1999.

Through a walk-through northern beach IF and attracted Larvik HK directly into the knockout stages.
