EHF European Women's Cup Winners' Cup 1983/84

The EHF Women's Cup Winners' Cup 1983/84 was the 8th edition of the competition, in which 20 handball club teams from 19 countries took part. They qualified in the previous season in their home countries in the cup competition for the European Cup . In the final, the Yugoslav representative RK Dalma Split was successful against TJ Gottwaldov from Czechoslovakia . Teams from Poland , Romania , the Soviet Union and the GDR did not take part in the competition with a view to the 1984 Olympic Games in Los Angeles .
