EHF European Women's Cup Winners' Cup 1980/81

The European Women's Cup Winners' Cup 1980/81 was the 5th edition of the competition, in which 16 handball club teams from 16 countries took part. They qualified in the previous season in their home countries in the cup competition for the European Cup . In the final, the Hungarian club Spartacus Budapest won the cup against RK Bane Sekulić Sombor.
