The 2012/13 EHF European Cup Winners' Cup took part in handball club teams that had qualified for the cup competition in their home countries in the previous season or were eliminated from the Champions League in 12/13 . It was the 38th edition of the EHF European Cup Winners' Cup. The cup games began on April 13-14. October 2012, the second round final took place on May 11, 2013. Hypo Lower Austria won the final .

Round 1

The first round of the European Cup Winners' Cup was not played, but started directly with the second round.

round 2

In round 2, 12 cup winners and 4 teams eliminated in qualification 2 of the EHF Women's Champions League 2012/13 took part. The draw for the 2nd round took place on July 24, 2012 in Vienna. The first legs took place on 13-14. October 2012. The second leg took place on 20-21. October 2012.
