Anne Hubinger (born July 31, 1993 in Ribnitz ) is a German handball player .

Career

Hubinger started playing handball in 2001 at SV Motor Barth. From 2006 she attended the Magdeburg sports high school and played at HSC 2000 Magdeburg . After graduating from high school, the 1.85 meter tall back player moved to the Bundesliga club HC Leipzig in 2011 . She won the DHB Cup with Leipzig in 2014 and 2016 . Since the summer of 2017, she has been under contract with the Bundesliga club Thuringian HC . With the Thuringian HC she won the German championship in 2018. After the 2018/19 season, she will take a break.

Anne Hubinger made her debut in the national team on October 4, 2012 in Most against the Czech Republic . She was part of the squad for the 2012 European Championship in Serbia . She also took part in the 2013 World Cup and scored two goals in seven games. Hubinger has played 62 international matches for the DHB selection so far , in which she scored 108 goals.
