European Cup Winners' Cup (handball) 1990/91

The 1990/91 European Cup Winners' Cup was the 16th edition of the competition for European handball cup winners . The 27 participating teams qualified in their home countries through the national cup competition for the European Cup organized by the International Handball Federation (IHF) ; the defending champion Teka Santander was automatically qualified. In the final, TSV Milbertshofen prevailed against the Spanish club Elgorriaga Bidasoa (15:20, 25:17).
