EHF European Women's Cup Winners' Cup 2006/07

A total of 31 handball club teams took part in the 2006/07 EHF European Cup Winners' Cup, which had qualified for the competition in their home countries in the previous season or had been eliminated from the 2006/07 Champions League . It was the 31st edition of the cup winners' competition. The final was won by CS Oltchim Râmnicu Vâlcea .

2nd round
