EHF European Women's Cup Winners' Cup 1977/78

At the UEFA Cup Winners' Cup in 1977/78 took 15 Handball -Vereinsmannschaften part from 15 countries. They qualified in the previous season in their home countries in the cup competition for the European Cup . At the second edition of the cup winners' competition, a team from Hungary, Ferencváros Budapest, won the cup.
