European Cup Winners' Cup (handball) 2005/06

At the EHF European Cup Winners' Cup 2005/06 44 handball club teams participated, who qualified in the previous season in their home countries in the cup competition for the competition or out of the Champions League 05/06 had been eliminated. It was the 31st edition of the cup winners' competition. The cup games began on September 3, 2005, the second round final took place on April 29, 2006. The defending champion of the EHF European Cup Winners' Cup was the Spanish club Ademar León . The title winner in the season was the Russian club Medvedi Chekhov .

Eight teams took part that had previously qualified for the competition.
The first leg took place on 3/10. September 2005. The second leg took place on 10/11. September 2005.
