EHF European Women's Cup Winners' Cup 2009/10

The 2009/10 EHF European Cup Winners' Cup took part in 28 handball club teams that had qualified for the cup competition in their home countries in the previous season or were eliminated from the 09/10 Champions League . It was the 35th edition of the cup winners' competition. The cup games began on October 31, 2009, the second round final took place on May 16, 2010. The defending champion of the EHF Cup was the Danish club FCK Håndbold . The title winner in the season was the Montenegrin club ŽRK Budućnost Podgorica.

Round 3

24 teams took part that had previously qualified for the competition.
The draw for the third round took place on July 21, 2009 at 11:00 am (GMT + 1) in Vienna.
The first legs took place on October 31st and 1/6/7. November 2009. The second legs took place on 1./7./8. November 2009.
