Radmila Petrović (born April 19, 1988 in Nikšić , Yugoslavia ; born Radmila Miljanić ) is a former Montenegrin handball player . After the Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro , she ended her career.

Career

Petrović began playing handball at the ŽRK Nikšić when he was eleven. At the age of 17, the left-hander moved to the Montenegrin capital Podgorica , where she joined ŽRK Budućnost Podgorica . In the 2008/09 season, Petrović made it into the first division squad of Budućnost, with which she won the championship and the cup in 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015 and 2016 respectively. International which could winger to Budućnost with 2010 UEFA Cup Winners' Cup , and in 2012 and 2015, the EHF Champions League win.

Petrović was part of the squad of the Montenegrin national team . With Montenegro she took part in the 2011 World Cup. In the summer of 2012, Petrović took part in the Olympic Games in London with Montenegro , where she won the silver medal. In December 2012 she won the European Championship with Montenegro . She also took part in the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro .

ŽRK Budućnost Podgorica has been the President of ŽRK since March 2018.

Private

She has been married to Vanja Petrović since July 2013. She gave birth to a son in October 2017.
