European Cup Winners' Cup (handball) 2009/10

At the EHF European Cup Winners' Cup 2009/10 32 handball club teams participated, who qualified in the previous season in their home countries in the cup competition for the competition. It was the 35th edition of the cup winners' competition. The cup games began on November 13, 2009, the second round final took place on May 27, 2010. The defending champion of the EHF European Cup Winners' Cup was the Spanish club BM Valladolid . The title winner in the season was the German club VfL Gummersbach .

The draw for the round of 16 took place on July 21, 2009 at 11:00 am (GMT + 2) in Vienna.
The first legs took place on 13-15-21. November 2009. The second legs took place on 15./20.-22. November 2009.
