Ole Rahmel (born November 19, 1989 in Achim ) is a German handball player . He plays in the right winger position .

Rahmel began playing handball at the age of five. In his youth, the single student first played on the North Sea island of Norderney at TuS Norderney and later at OHV Aurich . Ole Rahmel attended the Gummersbach handball boarding school and initially played for the A-youth and the second team of VfL Gummersbach . From the 2007/08 season he was part of the Bundesliga squad and scored three goals in eleven Bundesliga games in his first season. With VfL he won the EHF Cup in 2009 and the European Cup Winners ' Cup in 2010 and 2011 .

From 2011 to 2013 he played at TUSEM Essen . In the 2011/12 season Rahmel was top scorer in the 2nd Bundesliga and was promoted to the Bundesliga with TUSEM . After TUSEM was relegated again in 2013, Rahmel switched to HC Erlangen , whom he threw for promotion with 221 goals. Rahmel moved to THW Kiel in the summer of 2017 . With Kiel, he won the German championship in 2020, both the DHB Cup and the EHF Cup. Since July 2020 he has been under contract with the Portuguese first division club Benfica Lisbon .

Rahmel made his debut on April 26, 2015 in the game against Switzerland in the DHB jersey.
