European Cup Winners' Cup (handball) 1976/77

The 1976/77 European Cup Winners' Cup was the second edition of the competition for European handball cup winners . The 25 participating teams qualified in their home countries through the national cup competition for the European Cup organized by the International Handball Federation (IHF) ; the defending champion BM Granollers was automatically qualified. In the final on April 24, 1977, the Soviet representative MAI Moscow prevailed against the FDGB Cup winner SC Magdeburg with 18:17.
