European Cup Winners' Cup (handball) 1982/83

The 1982/83 European Cup Winners' Cup was the eighth edition of the competition for European handball cup winners . The 25 participating teams qualified in their home countries through the national cup competition for the European Cup organized by the International Handball Federation (IHF) . In the final, the Soviet club SKA Minsk prevailed against the Romanian representative Dinamo Bucharest (34:22, 24:26).
