Sørenn Rasmussen (born August 12, 1976 in Skive ) is a Danish handball goalkeeper .
The 1.93 meter tall and 98 kilogram goalkeeper was under contract with SG Flensburg-Handewitt from July 2010 , with which he won the European Cup Winners' Cup in 2012 and the Champions League in 2014. Before that he played in Balling until 1994 , then with HRH 74 (1994), HEI (1994/1995), Thisted (1995–1997), Viborg HK (1997–2003) and most recently with AaB Håndbold , with whom he won the 2010 championship in Denmark has been. He has been under contract with the Danish first division club Bjerringbro-Silkeborg since the 2014/15 season . With Bjerringbro-Silkeborg he won the championship in 2016. For the 2017/18 season Rasmussen moved to Ribe-Esbjerg HH .
So far, Sørenn Rasmussen has played 41 internationals for the Danish national team . He was in the extended squad for the 2011 World Cup .
His first name is, somewhat unusual, "Sørenn". But he usually uses the usual form of the name “Søren” in public.
