Bjerringbro-Silkeborg Elitehåndbold is a Danish handball club from Silkeborg . Bjerringbro-Silkeborg plays in the Danish Håndboldligaen . In 2016 the men's team won the Danish championship. Home games are played in the Silkeborg-Hallerne with a capacity of 2500 spectators.
The association was formed when the Bjerringbro FH and Silkeborg-Voel KFUM associations merged. In the 2010/11 season they finished sixth in the league, which entitled to participate in the play-offs. Group B of the play-offs was won without losing points. In the final they played against AG København , but they lost this after two defeats. In the 2011/12 season they played internationally in the Champions League. There they were eliminated as the last of group B, against the Füchse Berlin , KC Veszprém , BM Atlético de Madrid and others.
