Strahinja Milić ( Serbian - Cyrillic Страхиња Милић ; * December 20, 1990 in Priština , SFR Yugoslavia ) is a Serbian handball goalkeeper who was most recently under contract with the Macedonian club RK Vardar Skopje and plays for the Serbian national team.
Career
The 2.00 m tall and 135 kg heavy Milić began his career at RK Partizan Belgrade . At the age of 17 he moved to Bjerringbro-Silkeborg in Denmark . After two seasons, however, he returned to Belgrade. In spring 2012 he joined the financially strong Macedonian club RK Vardar Skopje. In February 2014 his contract extension until 2019 was announced. With Vardar he won the championship in 2013, 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2018, the trophy in 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2018, the SEHA league in 2014 and 2017 and the EHF Champions League in 2017 . In summer 2018 he left Vardar Skopje early.
Milić made his debut in the Serbian national team at the age of 16 and was in the extended squad for the European Championships in 2012 and 2014 .
