Brett Dennen
Brett Dennen (born October 28, 1979 in Oakdale , California ) is an American folk and pop singer and songwriter .
Career
Dennen's style is sometimes compared to Bob Dylan , Tracy Chapman , Jack Johnson , Paul Simon , James Taylor, and Wynonna Judd . In some US television series such as Dr. House , Criminal Minds , Scrubs , Men in Trees, The Unit or Grey's Anatomy , pieces by him were used to background the scenes.
