Brettachgau

The Brettachgau was a medieval county that included the area of ​​the Kocher tributary Brettach in the north of today's Baden-Württemberg . Places in the Gau were u. a. Baumerlenbach , Beutingen (now part of Langenbrettach ), Helmbund (in what is now Neuenstadt am Kocher ), Möglingen and Wächlingen (now Ohrnberg ). A count family lived in the Brettachgau.
