Brian Brendell (born September 7, 1986 in Rehoboth , Namibia ) is a Namibian football player . Brendell is a midfielder for the Namibian club Civics FC and for his country's national team .

From 1999 to 2005 Brendell played for the Namibian first division club Friends FC . In 2005 he moved to league rivals Civics FC, by December 2007 he had a total of 142 games in the top Namibian league. This was followed by a season on loan with Invincible FC Windhoek and in the 2009/2010 season with Ramblers .

successes

With the Civics, Brendell won the Namibian Championship in 2006 and 2007 and the National Cup in 2006 .

In 2007 he surprisingly qualified with the national team for the 2008 African Cup in Ghana. He scored both goals that the Namibian national team achieved at this tournament.
