Brigitta Martens (born April 7, 1961 in Hamburg ) is a German CDU politician.

Martens was chairwoman of the CDU local association Hamburg-St. George. From 2001 to 2004 she was deputy chairwoman of the Hamburg- Mitte district assembly .

During the 18th legislative period she was a member of the school committee, the legal committee and the culture committee (secretary since June 2006). She ran for the state elections on February 20, 2011 at number 15 on the CDU state list as a specialist in culture and did not make it back into the Hamburg citizenship, as only ten places on the list could be considered. In the 2015 general election, she ran for 9th place on the state list, but again did not win a seat.

Brigitta Martens has been a member of the Board of Trustees of the Hamburger Kunstsammlungen Foundation (SHK) since 2011. Since 2011 she has been a member of the Board of Trustees of the Hamburg Cultural Foundation.
