Brigitte Doege-Schellinger
Brigitte Doege-Schellinger (* 1938 in Munich ) is a freelance designer, color consultant, painter and author.
Life
After studying painting and textile design at the Academy of Fine Arts in Munich , she began her freelance work as a painter, designer and color consultant for color concepts and product design. In addition, she teaches as a lecturer at the Faber-Castell Academy and the Blocherer School in Munich. Her works from painting and design are exhibited internationally. a. in the large art exhibition in the Haus der Kunst in Munich as well as in galleries in Munich and Tokyo .
Doege has been creating decors for the porcelain manufacturer Rosenthal since 1985 .
She lives in Gauting .
Awards
- 1980: iF product design award for a roller blind with paneling (MHZ Hachtel, Stuttgart)
- 1993: red dot design award for the tile decor «Leporello» (Rosenthal)
