Bronius Pauža

Bronius Pauža (born July 20, 1941 in Žaliablėkiai , Rajongemeinde Šakiai ) is a Lithuanian politician.

Life

After graduation in 1958 at the middle school Griškabūdis in Šakiai he worked at Julius Janonis - collective farm in the reading room and in the library as director (1958-1960). From 1960 to 1965 he completed his diploma in agronomy at the Lietuvos žemės ūkio akademija . From 1965 to 1968 he worked as a senior agronomist in Kuršėnai ( Šiauliai district ). 1968–1973 he headed collective farm "Didžiojo Spalio" in the district of Šiauliai. 1981–1985 he was Deputy Minister at the Ministry of Agriculture of Lithuania in Soviet Lithuania . 1988–1989 he was Minister of Agro-Industry. He has been a member of the Seimas since 2004 .

He was a member of the CPSU and the Darbo partija . He has been a member of the LSDP since 2006 .

Bronius Pauža is married and with his wife Marija they have the children Danas and Kastytis.
