The Brooks Glacier is a 13 km long valley glacier and right tributary glacier of the Muldrow Glacier on the northwest flank of the Alaska range in Alaska (USA). The glacier was named after Alfred Hulse Brooks (1871-1924), 1903-1924 at the United States Geological Survey (USGS) chief geologist for Alaska.

The glacier is located in Denali National Park 25 km east-northeast of Denali . The Brooks Glacier's nutrient zone is on the eastern flank of Mount Silverthrone . The glacier is flanked by the mountains Mount Brooks , East Pyramid Peak , Central Pyramid Peak , West Pyramid Peak , Mount Silverthrone, Mount Deception and Mount Mather .
