The Brough Nunatak is a nunatak in East Antarctic Victoria Land . It rises 6 km west-southwest of Boney Point in the northwest section of the Evans-Piedmont Glacier .
The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names renamed it in 2000 after the USS Brough , which at 60 ° 0 ' S , 170 ° 0' O as a weather station during the second to fourth Operation Deep Freeze served in the years 1956-1959.
