Bruno Boxler

Bruno Boxler (* 1912 in Schwäbisch Gmünd ; † 1989 ) was a German engineer , author and inventor .

Life

Boxler studied mechanical engineering at the Technical University of Stuttgart . He held an assistant position at the Agricultural University in Stuttgart-Hohenheim . In 1938 he described the jug pouring spout in his dissertation. After the Second World War he worked as a lecturer or professor at the State Engineering School in Esslingen am Neckar . In 1953 he invented the snail plow together with Manfred Kühnle . The prototype is in the German Agricultural Museum in Hohenheim .

Since 1933 he was a member of the Catholic student union AV Alania Stuttgart .
