Bruno Ribke

Bruno Ribke (born December 15, 1909 ; † unknown) was a German soccer player and soccer coach .

The middle runner with a defensive style of play moved from Sterkrade 06/07 to VfR Heilbronn in 1933 . Two years later Ribke joined the Stuttgarter Kickers . With the Kickers Ribke was several times Württemberg champion in the Gauliga Württemberg and qualified for several finals for the German championship . In group 3 of the championship finals in 1939 , Ribke failed with the kickers only because of the poorer goal quotient compared to group winner SK Admira Vienna in qualifying for the semifinals for the German championship.

After his playing career, Bruno Ribke was coach of SSV Reutlingen 05 for the 1949/50 season . There Ribke was in his first season as SSV coach relay champion of the group south of the Oberliga Südwest and after a defeat against 1. FC Kaiserslautern in the final of the southwest German championship finals southwest German runner-up. In the final round of the German championship in 1950 Ribkes Reutlinger failed in the round of 16 due to a 0-1 defeat in extra time to Prussia Dellbrück . After the SSV Reutlingen association changed to the Oberliga Süd in the 1950/51 season , Bruno Ribke ended his coaching work at SSV Reutlingen on October 1, 1950.
