The 1991/92 season was the 40th season of the Bulgarian Ice Hockey League , the highest Bulgarian ice hockey division . Champion was for the tenth time in the club history of HK Levski Sofia .

Awards
As the best goalkeeper of the season Konstantin Mikhailov was chosen by master Levski Sofia. The best defender was Istalian Zarew from runner-up Slavia Sofia and the best striker Dimitar Stoitschkow from CSKA Sofia. Sergej Kudiaschew from Metallurg Pernik was the league's top scorer.
