The constituency of Leer was a federal constituency in Lower Saxony. It included the area of the districts of Leer and Wittmund .

In the 1949 Bundestag election, the constituency was number 2 of the Lower Saxony constituencies and then nationwide constituency number 24. In the course of the reorganization of the constituencies before the 1965 Bundestag election, it was finally dissolved. The area of the district of Leer went to the newly formed constituency Emden - Leer and the district of Wittmund to the constituency of Wilhelmshaven .
