The Bundestag constituency Segeberg - Neumünster was a constituency in Schleswig-Holstein for the elections to the German Bundestag . It included the Segeberg district and the independent city of Neumünster .

The constituency Segeberg - Neumünster had constituency number 10. The area of the constituency remained unchanged for the federal elections from 1949 to 1961.
Before the federal election in 1965, the constituency was split up. The area of the Segeberg district went to the Segeberg - Eutin constituency and the city of Neumünster to the Rendsburg - Neumünster constituency .
Carl Schröter, who was directly elected in the 1949 Bundestag election, died on February 25, 1952. According to Section 15 of the Electoral Act then in force, a by-election had to take place, which was also held on May 4, 1952. The elected candidate, Walter Bartram, then moved up to the Bundestag on May 13, 1952.
