Hans Blöcker (born April 17, 1898 in Neumünster ; † June 15, 1988 there ) was a German politician ( CDU ).

Life

Blöcker, who was of Protestant faith, completed an apprenticeship as a wheelwright and coachbuilder after attending secondary school , which he completed with the journeyman's examination. After attending the technical car building school in Hamburg , he worked as a designer in Halle an der Saale and Berlin , where he passed the master craftsman's examination. In 1939 he took over his father's body and vehicle construction company in Neumünster.

In 1933 he joined the NSDAP ( membership number 2,747,469). From 1934 to 1939 he was guild chief master and then until 1945 Reich guild master. In 1945, Blöcker became state guild master of the Wagner and coachbuilders' guild in Schleswig-Holstein , in 1952 Vice President of the Craftsmen Association in Schleswig-Holstein and finally in 1954 Vice President of the Lübeck Chamber of Crafts . He held these offices until 1969. He then became honorary president of the Schleswig-Holstein trade association.

Blöcker, who joined the CDU in 1953 , was a member of the state parliament in Schleswig-Holstein from 1954 to December 31, 1957 , where he represented the constituency of Neumünster. On November 8, 1954, he replaced Kai-Uwe von Hassel , who had been elected Prime Minister of Schleswig-Holstein, to the German Bundestag, to which he was a member until 1969. In 1954 and 1965 he entered the Bundestag via the Schleswig-Holstein state list and otherwise as a directly elected member of the Segeberg - Neumünster constituency .

Blocker was married and had six children.
