As Castle Bori , also castle Bünzen or Bünzer Burg called, the remains of a be medieval motte (Motte) in the area of Schleswig-Holstein Municipality Aukrug in Rendsburg-Eckernförde referred. It is located around 200 meters south of the Bünzau river and west of the Bünzen district. Today there is still a small wooded hill surrounded by a moat .
The castle was an early medieval oval moth that took up an area of about 30 × 65 meters. The plant belongs to the so-called moths, which were increasingly created from the 12th century. These small fortifications consisted of a tower, which was enclosed by a moat. Protected by the Bünzau and the chapel Bach, was another castle 600 meters southeast and a third large castle 100 meters to the west, which in 1984 excavations were discovered .. The remains of the castle are available as ground monument under monument protection .
