The castle Freyberg is an Outbound Spur castle on a 575 m above sea level. NN high mountain spur near today's hamlet Freyberg in the Gutenzell-Hürbel municipality in the Biberach district in Baden-Württemberg .
The castle, mentioned in 1237, was built by the Lords of Freyberg (Vriberc), who were related to the Lords of Hürbel, and destroyed before 1520. Only the remains of the castle hill and the neck ditch are preserved from the former castle complex .
